Regulations for the protection of personal data

Dear Madam/Sir
Legislative Decree 196/2003 introduced the regulations for the protection of personal data. In compliance with this law, the processing of your personal data by our organization will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of confidentiality and the rights of the parties to whom such data refer.
We request you to provide us with certain elements of your personal data (exclusively of common nature and listed in the form to be filled out) which will be processed by our organization for the purpose of collecting and satisfying the indications and requests that you will supply at the bottom of the form; we remind you that your refusal to provide such information may make it impossible for us to meet your request.
The data you provide will be collected electronically, recorded and  processed if necessary by computer and stored only for the period of time necessary for the execution of your request.
We inform you that our organization takes every precaution of organizational, physical, and logical nature necessary to ensure the security of such data, with particular regard to Enclosure B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Technical regulations regarding minimum security measures”.

The data you provide will be processed by the operators assigned to measuring the satisfaction of customers, users, and subscribers, and will not be disclosed or communicated to others.
We provide below an excerpt from Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 in order to remind you that you are entitled to the exercise of the following rights in our regard:

  • obtaining confirmation of the existence of your personal data, even if such have not yet been recorded, and the communication of the same in intelligible form
  • obtaining indication of the origin of your personal data and the purposes and methods of their processing
  • obtaining indication of the type of logic applied in processing performed with electronic instruments
  • obtaining indication of the identification of the owner and manager(s) of such data processing
  • obtaining indication of the parties or categories of subjects to whom such personal data can be communicated or who may come to the knowledge of the same in their roles of designated state territorial representative, managers, or operator
  • obtaining the updating, rectification, or integration of such data whenever desired, or the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the freezing of any such data processed in violation of the law
  • obtaining the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the freezing of any such data of which conservation is not necessary in regard to the purposes for which such data was initially collected or subsequently processed
  • obtaining certification that the updating, rectification, integration, or the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the freezing of any such data has been brought to the attention – also as regards their content - of those to which the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in cases when such obligation is impossible or demands the use of means that are clearly out of proportion to the right being defended
  • totally or partially opposing for legitimate reasons the processing of your personal data, even when pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected
  • totally or partially opposing the processing of your personal data for the purposes of transmission of advertising or direct sales material or market research or sales information.
